One of my photographer friends, Monique Meyer (@midnightphotographyllc) asked me to second shoot for an elopement in Ionia, Michigan. The couple wanted a fun, candid, vintage, filmy vibe- one of my favorite styles to shoot. Lots of things ended up in our favor this day for the location- the weather was perfect, and we found so many incredible spots to shoot.

First, we took photos at an old church next to the courthouse, there, the couple did a champagne pop and there was a billboard sign we used for photos.

We headed into downtown Ionia for some downtown photos and candids.

We started taking photos outside of the Theatre, when an employee came out and asked us if we wanted to take some inside- the Theatre wasn't open yet. We were so grateful they allowed us to take photos there, and it was definitely a bucket-list location. Something out of a movie!!
